Administration Officer in our Main Administration and Primary Administration

This is a maternity leave contract position for the 2026 school year
(15 JANUARY - 4 DECEMBER)

The applicant would need to possess the following:

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
  • Accurate word processing
  • Be able to answer and direct large number of phone calls to relevant areas
  • Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
  • Be professional and friendly to staff, students, parents and employees
  • Be flexible and show commitment
  • Be able to work in a fast, ever changing environment

A Certificate in Business Administration would be a major advantage.

This is an administrative role, that may include, but is not limited to the following duties:

  • General administrative tasks, focussing on managing incoming calls.
  • Greeting students, parents and visitors who enter the school.
  • Address concerns from families, answer questions and escalate questions or concerns you cannot answer.

This is a Full Time Term Time Position - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm at our Pimpama Campus.

Your curriculum vitae should include details for;

  • at least 2 recent professional referees (including your current employer)
  • at least 1 referee who can attest to your suitability to work within the values and culture of an expanding Christian school (preferably from a pastor or minister).

Our PIMPAMA CAMPUS (on the northern end of the Gold Coast) currently has over 2000 students on-site, from Early Learning to Year 12.

King’s LOGAN VILLAGE CAMPUS (in south-west Logan) currently has over 1000 students on-site, offering places for students from Early Learning through to High School.
